To achieve the best hold, shape, and comfort, start with a clean and prepped surface.
💧 Clean = Cling
Your skin naturally sheds oils, dead skin, and particles that can weaken the adhesive bond. Even if it looks clean—wash up first.
- Use lukewarm water and gentle soap to wash your twinnies, especially under and around the areola.
- Dry skin completely. No moisture, no creams, no oils.
- Do not touch the sticky side of the inserts until you’re ready to apply.
Use Rinsee Gentle Liquid Soap by EMBRA for the safest, adhesive-preserving cleanse.
These inserts are designed for downward-to-upward application to lift and contour the breast from the base up. They’re not just shapewear—they’re confidence wear.
Do not apply over:
- Lotions, moisturizers/li>
- Powders or perfumes/li>
- Deodorants or serums/li>

Peel the Protective Film Gently
Hold the insert by its non-adhesive edge. Slowly peel off the plastic film from the adhesive side. Keep the film safe for reuse.Position From the Bottom Up
With your opposite hand, gently lift your twinnie from underneath. Place the lower end of TEYA at the base of the breast, aligning it along the natural curve.Glide Up and Stick
While lifting, glide the insert upward—sculpting the twinnie into your desired lifted shape. As you go, press the pad gently against the skin so the adhesive bonds gradually.Adjust for Your Lift
Whether you want a subtle lift or a full push-up effect, reposition the insert slightly to suit your shape. Because TEYA are contoured, they’ll hold the lift in place without pressure points.Tap and Smooth the Edges
Lightly press along the outer edges to remove any air bubbles and ensure an invisible finish beneath fabric.
Silicone adhesives are delicate but durable. After each wear, give TEYA a little TLC to keep them good as new:
Peel Off Slowly
Start from the edge and peel toward the center. Take your time to avoid pulling skin or damaging the adhesive.Wash with EMBRA Rinsee
Use Rinsee Gentle Liquid Soap or any mild, oil-free soap. Rub gently with your fingertips in circular motions—never use your nails or a cloth.Rinse Well
Make sure no soap residue is left. Use lukewarm water only.Air Dry Naturally
Lay adhesive-side up on a clean, flat surface to dry. Avoid towels, tissues, or direct heat.Reapply the Film
Once dry, cover the adhesive with the protective plastic sheet and place them back in their Zippy Silicone Case or the original box.Store Smart
Keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and humidity. Always store flat to maintain shape.
